By using FlagGrab ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. By using the App you confirm you meet this requirement.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You must not share your account or impersonate another person.
Ascents are verified by GPS proximity and a live photograph. You must be physically present at the summit to log an ascent. Attempts to falsify ascents may result in account suspension.
Hillwalking carries inherent risks. The App does not guarantee route safety. Always check weather forecasts, carry appropriate equipment, and tell someone your plans. Ascents are at your own risk.
Photos you upload remain your property. By uploading, you grant FlagGrab a non-exclusive licence to display them within the App. You must not upload illegal, offensive, or infringing content.
Crown ownership is determined by the most recent verified ascent. The App's determination is final.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms or engage in fraudulent activity.
The App is provided "as is". We make no warranties about uninterrupted service or accuracy of peak data.
These Terms are governed by English law.
